How Is Forensic Science Like Biology and The Scientific Method?

Forensic science, Biology, and the scientific method, are similar in many ways. They all include analyzing data with techniques. Forensic science: The investigators extract the data and try to piece them together. They also make inferences while analyzing the data, trying to find the data. Biology: Biologist collect data for information. They analyze it by conducting experiments; testing their hypothesis. The scientific method: Well, you get the point! It does not matter whether it is forensic science or biology. Different sciences different rules, but with similarity.

Why Do We Need The Measurement System?

We use the measurement system in everyday life without even noticing it. Students go to school and use it during their math time. Artist use it while painting. How? This is by using their finger to measure the size of what they are paint far away. Construction workers need measurements to know how long a piece of wood must be when building something. The measurement system is also used at home. Baking a cake requires measurements. Without this system, then the cake baked would be a cake unbaked! We do need the measurement system. Without it, many items we buy will not exist. In fact, without it, our today would not be the same! Why you may ask? Well, this is why.

How Do You Know?

You are up one morning, and you decide to read the newspapers. You want to read your regular, but you are not sure about trying new things. Finally, you decide not to read your regular. As you are reading this new newspaper, you read about mosquitos transmitting AIDS. You are not really positive about this. Therefore, you read your regular and find out that it is not true. You ask some doctors and they also say that it is not true. This is an example of knowing when you read the truth. Sometimes you might have to read more then a few newspapers to know the truth.
